Chico's review: Manager of a store

While shopping at your store in Sonoma CA, on Monday, March 23rd I was helped by a very nice and positive salesperson. When I went to check out they were busy and I waited in line which was not a problem. However, the manager who was ringing someone up was very rude to both salesladies due to a backup I assume. It was embarrassing for me and I'm sure the sales staff because it caused them to be a little flustered but the one helping me was so nice to me and carried on but I could tell when she looked at the other ladies that there was friction. I used to manage Couture at a Neiman Marcus store & that is never a way to treat a worker especially in front of a customer. I feel very much empathy for her to have to work under those conditions.
