Chicken Express review: Poor customers service, mistreatment of customers by owner of the franchise.

Drive through staff was extremely rude. I am hearing impaired in my right ear and stated that I could not hear her and she yelled at me to go to the window, She open the window like we were bothering her. She snapped at me after I order Mac and cheese because they were out... at 4pm in the afternoon. Then upon handing the order she dropped part of it out the window. They have a sign posted about being kind to their staff but I can understand why people treat them badly, they are mean, hateful people. The sign states it must keep it's good employees from what I seen, it wasn't the bitter woman working the drive through. She had no hair restraints on, no gloves while serving the food, I'm sure the health dept. would love to walk into this place. My husband called the owner of the franchise and tried to explain to him what happened and the owner started cussing at him. After the call ended, the owner continued to text my husband calling him a loser etc. After reading the reviews I am guessing we are not the only people who have been mistreated at this place and I feel the CE Franchise people need to step in because this arrogantly, crude individual is damaging the name. We spent $52.00 and ended up with ice cold gravy, soggy okra and a very bad taste in our mouth. If you want to be mistreated (disability or not) go to this place. I will buy my chicken from POPS CHICKEN in Terrell, they have great customer service and great food. The ADA will also be contacted.
