Chicken Express review: Drink

Order drink with no ice and when I got home it had ice. I took out the ice and the cup was half full. I went back to talk with someone about the drink. First, I got a boy to explain it to him, I showed him a picture of the drink. He said just a moment and then a woman came over and went to talk with the Manager Male with Black hair and a mustache and was chubby. The young woman looked scared to talk with him about the drink. She told him about my drink.

His response was "Hurry up and get her out of here". She came back to me and I said "Did he say hurry up and get her out of here". She nodded her head.

I have been going to the old and new locations on that Denton Hwy. Since 2015.

This manager is very rude to the young people that work there and very intimidating toward them. I know a woman that applied and was qualified worked restaurants. He told her she wasn't qualified. That's why there are so many young kids because he knows the older people will report it.

I was told to call Weatherford for the Corporate phone number. Some woman answers the phone and took the information down and I never received a call from Corporate. She said the number would be 817-949 so I would know who was calling. Never received a call. I think this manager should be replaced the young kids seem scared if they're talking to long to a customer.
