Chicken Express review: Didn’t get all of my order

I was in stall 5025 at the Moore ok store, 625 sw 119th st
I did not get all of my order. I was told if I ordered a combo meal w/o a drink, I could get two sides. I ordered 2 number 1 combos, one w fries and Ocra and the other w fries and fried pickles. One came w just fried pickles. Both combos did not come with gravy and one came with ranch which I did not order. I had to wait about 30 mins for my order after someone came to my car and took my payment. The food was cold. I very disappointed! I have eaten there several times and this is the first time this has happened.
