Chicken Express review: Customer service

On Thursday May 25, 2023, I went to chicken express, on Alta Mesa Blvd in Fort Worth, Texas 76133 I waited in line for 21 minutes for the window clerk to come back and say they were out of chicken gizzards. She than stated that was because they had a big order, now I know mistakes could be made but 21 minutes later you realize it. I also had purchased food for my daughter which once I got home it was cold. The lack of concern for your customer shows they are just money to you guys this was the worst experience that I have ever had at a chicken express in the past. They offered no apology just an excuse for poor service.
