Chicken Express review: Cold food & very small chicken pieces

I am submitting a complaint about a meal I purchased at Chicken Express on FM 156 in Justin Texas. The food I received was unacceptable. The chicken leg and thigh was extremely skinny with hardly any meat on them & cold, and the mashed potatoes & gravy were cold. The entire meal tasted old as it had been sitting out for a long time. I paid for a fresh hot meal and did not receive anything close to that. I would appreciate a response and a resolution or replacement meal, Thank You, Janet
