I ordered a dress on September 20 for my wedding reception. I paid an extra $30 for expedited 3-5 day shipping. 20 days later and after my wedding.. I still have no dress and wedding weekend is over. 5 days with no movement on the shipping status.

I should have read their website reviews prior to purchase. They all seem fake and I couldn’t find 1 review with a photo. I have emailed customer service 4 times and still have yet to receive a reply.

I ordered an item from them viewing the size chart. As soon as I ordered it, a friend called stating hers came in and it’s way bigger than the chart states. I am mediately sent a message, asking them to change the size to which they never responded three weeks later my 3 to 5 day shipping never happened. They never responded. I’ve tried canceling the order, I’ve asked for a refund of asked for a return code, and still nothing. I’m out $300 for two orders that I pet placed and have yet to hear from them. Should be closed because there is no customer service and who knows if the product exists.

I bough 5 bridesmaid dresses back at beginning of August. The dresses arrived but were a completely different colour. I liaised with customer service and organised a return (£53 I paid to return) and that was 3 weeks ago. The company have not only taken my returns they are now ignoring me and my request for my refund. It’s fraud and they have stolen my money (£272)

I have tried to get in touch with them and they are now not replying.

Do not order from this company. It is a scam. Most people are not getting their items that they ordered but they are charging your card. No one will ever respond to your virtual chats or emails and there is no number to call to cancel the order or to make a return. Ordered weeks ago and tried to cancel order. Sent multiple emails with no response. Tried to virtual chat multiple times to no response there as well despite the fact they boast 24 hour virtual assistance and a response in 24 hours as well. Never got a tracking number or any sort of communication from the company.

I ordered a dress Aug 7 for delivery within 10-15 business days. It is now September 7. They have sent me fake tracking numbers for a month. Every tracking number says no such number in the systems. They keep saying it's in transit but will show no proof of that. They are no longer responding and I have opened a PayPal dispute. Do not use this company.
