Cheryl & Co. / Cheryl's Cookies review: Horrendous customer service for expensive cookies.

Wasted 45 mins trying to get a simple answer from Cheryl's. Went to order online but shipping charges were too much. Decided to shop directly. Of the locations online, Cheryl's Outlet in Obetz, OH was closest. The phone# listed was disconnected so I tried to get the # from Customer Service. "Chat" took incredibly long and rep Carmela provided a toll free # which couldn't help. They gave me another 800# but it's auto system couldn't connect me to a live rep. I tried several other #s. ALL of them asked "Why do you want that phone#?" As last resort I called the home office. They too asked why I wanted the phone #. (Why do they all care?) Anyway, home office said Cheryls in Obetz was a warehouse only. That was my concern but I wasted too darn much time to find that out. Friends won't be getting Cheryls cookies for the holidays. You'd think with the price of their cookies $2+ per cookie, they'd invest more in Customer Service.
