rec'd email on 1-16-26 said BOGO sitewide good thru 1-16-26. Went to site ordered buttercreme doz. went to check out entered promo code. Told code has expired. No customer service except useless BOT. Tried to reply to email told its unmanned and nobody will respond. Similar to scam offers at christmas, its bait and switch to get you on site. Horrendous lack of customer service. I tried to use offer one hour after I received it. Why do they bother only to scam loyal customers.

Desired outcome: Stop posting offers on email and facebook intnded only to lure customers to the site its shameful.
