I order checks for the first time (and last). Received the checks timely and used the first check. It was returned to us and we were charged $20 for not having an account. They had not included the entire account numbers. Customer service said they would provide correct checks with 30% off. When asked for a refund, we were given $13 and not the $34 we paid for the checks. We were told "We only provide a refund for the cost of the product and not the shipping and handling fee. The shipping and handling fees are not included in the product cost." Nor were paid the $5 we had to pay to return the products as required to get our refund. What a shame, Can't believe they are still in business,

CheckWorks is dope! I got 116 basic checks and it only cost me $*** bucks. They got a bunch of designs to choose from too. I was able to customize my checks with my own logo and it was super easy to do. The shipping was fast too, I got my checks in just a few days. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend CheckWorks to anyone looking for affordable and customizable checks.

CheckWorks is a total joke. I ordered some checks and the shipping was a complete disaster. They couldn't even tell me where my checks were. And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's a complete waste of time. They couldn't help me with anything. To top it all off, my checks are lost somewhere in the abyss. Don't waste your time with CheckWorks.

i ordered checks from checkworks a while back and still haven't gotten them. it's been weeks! they sent me some tracking info but it doesn't even work so i don't know what's going on with my order.

slow shipping. no tracking after few days. checks look cheap. not happy. won't order again. ordered address labels, last name misspelled.

I ordered from CheckWorks and didn't see any "handling fee" on my order. If it was there, I must have missed it. But if I did see it, I wouldn't have ordered. Who wants to pay a $*** "handling fee" on top of the shipping charge for a $*** order? That's almost as much as the checks themselves!

The checks from CheckWorks, Inc. ain't that great, they feel like they're made from cheap materials. I was shook when I saw that there were only 34 checks in each packet, I was expecting 150. And the price for 136 checks is kinda steep, if you ask me. I should've gone to a different site to order. I'm just hoping that I can still use these checks even though my bank address ain't on 'em.

Got 5 check books from CheckWorks, Inc. and they don't come in a box no more. Talked to customer service and they said they're going Green and saving on shipping costs. Wish they told me that before I ordered. Don't think they should force their Green stuff on me. It's like buying lightbulbs without a box.

Had a real bad time with CheckWorks, Inc. Been writing checks for 58 years and never had such a mess. They printed the wrong bank numbers on my checks. Payees calling me up saying their checks got bounced by the bank. They should be shut down for this. I called them up and they only offered me half-off on my next order. Half-off? No way I'm using them again even if they gave me checks for free. Be careful with this company, folks.

They left out my address on my checks which made it hard for me because of my disability. I told them my situation and offered to pay extra, but they said it wasn't required by law so they wouldn't do it. They wouldn't cancel my order and were mean and unfriendly the whole time. They put me on hold with the same boring recording over and over. This company is really bad. It's gotten way worse since my last order. May 17.

No stars! It took 2 days to make and send my order. But it took 4 weeks for DHL and USPS to deliver it? And this happens all the time. Customer service told me twice that it takes 4 weeks for delivery because that's how Checkworks works. Why not charge me $3 for shipping so I can get it when I need it instead of waiting a month? Just go to your bank and get free checks in a week.

I ordered checks from CheckWorks, Inc. weeks ago, but they still haven't arrived. The tracking info they sent me doesn't work, so I don't know where my four boxes of checks are. I talked to Bank of America customer service, and they don't recommend this company. I can order stuff online and get it in just a few days, so why is CheckWorks so slow? They need to step up their game if they want to keep customers.

I made a mistake when I ordered checks from CheckWorks, Inc. I thought they were my usual company, but they were actually more expensive. I'm 77 and didn't realize my error until I received the checks. I called to ask for a refund, but they said I had to send the checks back first. I didn't want to risk someone else cashing them, so I said I would shred them. They refused to give me a refund without the checks.

I got some checks from CheckWorks, Inc. on December 18. The first ones didn't have the free calligraphy, but they said they'd fix it and send them again. When I got them, the package label was right, but the checks had the wrong zip code - XXXXX instead of XXXXX. I checked the other packets and saw that a whole bunch of them were gone. I'm missing a batch of checks with the numbers XXXX-XXXX. This is a big deal for me because I'm dealing with community mobbing. Where did my checks go?

I ordered 4 boxes of checks from CheckWorks, Inc. When I got them, they didn't have the name of my bank on them, only the name of the bank they're payable through. My bank won't take them without the name and address on them. I called and emailed several times, even sending another blank check and deposit slip from my bank. The example checks are exactly what should be on the checks! Every time I call, they say they need another blank check? They keep giving me the same excuses without helping at all! Their customer service is poor or non-existent! I wouldn't recommend this company for checks. But I do need checks!

This company lied to me when I ordered checks over the phone. They said that if I didn't like the checks for any reason or if they were damaged, they would refund me. Unfortunately, the checks arrived damaged and without a binder. When I called to ask for a refund, they were very rude and refused to give me my money back. I paid $400 for these checks and I feel like I was lied to. I will never do business with them again.

I got 200 checks from CheckWorks on July 19. They said it would take 2-4 weeks to get here. They sent it on July 20 and it got to a DHL place on July 24. It's been there since then. I called customer service on August 4 or 5 to see what's up and they said to wait the full 4 weeks. On August 17 (4 weeks) I emailed them and they said USPS is slow and to wait until the end of the week. But DHL says it's still at their place since July 24. I need to know if my checks are lost or stolen so I can tell my bank. CheckWorks doesn't seem to care. I've bought from them before and never had to wait more than 12 days.
