I was insulted with a Slur by a Customer Service rep... and I'd like to officially report it to the Human Resources Department. The wording "Mentally Retarded" should never be used! This Happened about 11:20am on 05/19/2025
What's really galling, is I have spent the last nine days trying to lodge a formal complaint, and I get side lined at every turn. I was even to be Telephoned by someone from Corporate, and they never followed thru.
Claimed loss: I'm insulted. I have family members who are autistic and unfortunately they hear things like this all the time 1
Desired outcome: this person needs to have a serious talking to. Maybe even sensitivity training. Also, I'd like to see it Much easier to lodge any type of complaint. This dancing around for a week and a half is unacceptable
