Cheap Caribbean – Worthless once they have your money

After using them since 2008, I will not use them again. While on a trip and trying to get help from them for the lack of service and resort not taking care of the complaints, I still haven't heard from them after calling them and being told they would call me back to get things rectified. I have been home since Sunday and its now Thursday and haven't heard hide nor hair from them. They were called on the Friday before and claimed they would call me back once they spoke to management at the resort. So much for service and customer support. Don't use them. Go through anybody but them.
