Spectrum.com review: Spectrum

They have unusual terms and conditions compared to other providers. Their advertised service speeds are not what you get. Their customer service on the phone is poor. Their stores are understaffed and have a weird intake system. They do not pro-rate service upon disconnect. When calling them for problems you are passed around to several different departments. When disconnecting, it took me talking to 3 different people and then were made promises about refund that were contradictory to their hidden terms and conditions. Terrible. Recommend some one else if possible
