We had Specturm the last 18 months in Tampa. The ONLY reason (and I repeat the ONLY reason) we signed up with Specturm and dropped Verizon was because Specturm actually answered the phone and EVERY TIME we called Verizon (day, night, weekend, weekay, holiday, whenever) it was ALWAYS an hour plus wait, WITHOUT fail!

So here I am in Beverly Hills, Florida with Specturm starting my fourth year. If I called Specturm service a NIGHTMARE it would be this year's number one nightmare. My TV / internet service has sucked since day one:

In three seasons of watching NFL foot ball I have not seen ONE, just ONE game, without losing the signal. This is NOT an exageration.
Every technician that has been here to evaluation the piss poor service has bad mouthed, to some degree or another, the quality (or more accurately, the lack there of) of Specturm's equipment.
Night after night I loose my internet service for either several minutes or nearly an hour. As time has gone on this problem has only become more frequent and longer in duration.
I even gave Spectrum all their equipment back, bought my own router and my own boosters and the signal is still lost on a nightly basis.

I am almost 70 years old. I've used dish, verizon and specturm in different cities over the last thirty years and the Specturm here in Beverly Hills is simply unacceptable.

And oh by the way, just in case you think this review is foul grapes. Every night when we lose our internet (for some period of time) my roommate goes on line and sees all those other customers asking where is the internet?

Recommendation: If you live in Citrus County, especially near Beverly Hills you need to seriously consider another carrier for you internet and phone service.
