Spectrum.com review: I had the most outstanding repair service.

On 9/2/26 Technician, Caleb arrived promptly on time as promised. This employee should be acknowledged for his incredible work ethic and dedication to his job.
Caleb managed to repair and restore telephone and internet service. More importantly, he, also repaired an ongoing issue that no other technician has been able to accomplish for two plus years. The issue was very complicated, and he did not give up until it was resolve. Caleb was incredible! Under the excessive temperature and cramped conditions, he remained composed and professional. Caleb also consulted another technician, named Seth who was also wonderful. I received the best service I have ever had from Spectrum.
