At the present time both my phone and tv service are awol. I lost my phone went to the spectrum office to get a new one. Only way to get a new phone is if you have a phone! Since I lost my phone and don't have another it is impossible to get a phone with my old number. After I told them I lost my phone they all give me a number to call or tell me I'll receive a text with instructions. Why did none of them hear me say I lost my phone? They will gladly sell me a phone with a new number. The people they hire in their phone stotes are not happy campers and it is reflected in there attitudes towards customers. Guess I'll be getting a new network provider for phone, internet and tv. Spectrum is to big for the unhappy employees to manage.
Recommendation: avoid SPECTRUM at all costs
