Was paying over $300 per month for cable and internet ONLY. Went to Countryside store and started new plan in March of 2026. It is now late August and am still paying the old amount, due to Spectrums
's negligence. Have called and talked with customer service on numerous occasions. Have been into the store THREE times and promised a resolution every time.
I met with the manager of the Countryside store today. His name is Eric.
After staring at his computer screen for 15 minutes, he told me he could not help me resolve anything. He said to call customer support, or cancel my account. My choice.
No empathy, no apology, no I'm sorry for this, no customer service.
Does anyone else ever wonder why, even though you've contacted Spectrum many times, every time you contact them they have no idea why you are calling?
Worst company I've tried so far.
Three store visits and not a single resolution, that is unacceptable. Here is the systematic approach. Document every call date, time, and representative name, plus the store visits. Then call Spectrum's corporate office at [protected] and ask for the Executive Escalation Team. Tell them you have documentation showing you changed your plan in March and have been overcharged for five months, and you want a retroactive credit for the difference. If they stall, file a complaint with the FCC online, it takes ten minutes and forces a corporate response. Also, contact your bank and ask if they can stop the automatic payments while this gets sorted. You have been patient enough, now escalate properly.
