Charlotte Russe review: sales associates ( 1 comment)

Visited the Charlotte Russe location at the Crabtree Valley Mall today with a friend... We both purchased multiple articles of clothing. We were cashed out and my friend commented on how the totals we were charged did not seem right. After checking our receipt we realized that we were both overcharged by more than $10. We went back to the associate and told her that something had not rung up right. First she ignored us and then she told us to get in line behind someone else WHO HAD JUST WALKED UP TO THE COUNTER WHILE WE WERE SPEAKING TO THIS ASSOCIATE. So we let the cashier cash out the other girl. When we returned to be waited on the sales associate refused to help us again! We had to literally pull our items out of the bags, show her the prices on the cloths and then the prices on the receipt! When she finally did refund our money, she intentionally took her time! Her manager stood behind her on another register during this whole process, ignoring the situation as if nothing was happening. But it makes sense that they were both ignoring the situation because we were INTENTINALLY OVERCHARGING customers and were planning on pocketing the "extra money" at the end of their shift.
