Business Reviews for Channell Realty are very unsatisfactory, they own and operate realty branches around America; the managers & owners of this unethical company has been accused of: Corruption, breaking rental laws, mistreating rental tenants, allowing or committing criminal activities on their various properties (the worst being Applecross Apartments in Augusta, GA)- notorious for unscrupulous behavior and misconduct! Do not lease or rent any property from this shady company, trust me- you will regret it!

Do not lease or rent any property from this shady company, trust me- you will regret it!
Dogged by lawsuits for the past four years, now has another one on its plate – and this one may gain the most exposure in racist Augusta Georgia: Racism, corporate corruption, securities fraud lawsuit accusing Corp Chief Executive, the Augusta Branch Staff- discriminating against & mistreating customers who are African-American, and stealing money from customers!
The cat breeder's made up that policy "deposits are non refundable". And you all seemed to have gotten away with it, not anymore! Those days are gone.
