sales force automation accounting software - ezysalesorder.com
The accounting software cannot even churn out accurate financial reports, GL, Trial Balance, Statements of Profit or Loss and Financial Position. It is also not user friendly. It is also not registered with IRAS (Singapore Tax Authority). Support was slow and poor. We are greatly disappointed. Probably its development as a workable accounting software is still work in progress. Buyers beware!

Our company has purchased a software from them for almost a year. When we first purchased it, the boss of the company, arafa, mentioned that he will provide a chinese version of the software. We took on his offer as most of our workers and my family members could only read and speak fluent chinese.
To our shock, after he implemented the software, there is no chinese version. Because it is our sales and warehouse software, it ended up causing us so much more problem at work, instead of helping us as the language made it almost unusable by most of our workers.
In addition, i contacted winapp about it. All I was told by Arafa is "Its not like that one". I can't seem to speak any logic into him. Neither can I understand his words. Yes I do understand that he may have language difficulties, but I do not believe its a reason to be able to overpromise and not deliver.
Winapp Solutions has did a great job resolving the issue that we had. 10/10 we would come back and support them again. Arafa has been a really nice guy and provided us the very solution we need to solve our situation. We are really apologetic for calling him out over a misunderstanding. The entire incident was a minor misunderstanding and has been properly resolved. We thank Winapp Solutions from the bottom of our hearts and would reccommend them for any software solutions companies out there will need.
