Worst company to work in this world! no policy no professionalism
Royal Cyber is the world worst company anyone to work with, The CEO is the company others are slaves. CEO assumes himself as Jack of All Trades, but logically he is not capable of handling his board members who are there blood brothers.
No Process, No Policy. they hire for a short term project and fire you stating the performance is low, i have seen many people axed for no reasons. No policy in hiring or firing.
The most affected are offshore teams in India, can call to there personal mobile at the time and asking them to work on weekends for silly reasons.
Never have a agenda to talk but wishes to have daily meetings with every team. Above all points, CEO says its his business so you have to follow what he says.
Advice to Management: Have something concrete for atleast next two years before you hire people, else run the company as you wish with your immediate cousins and relatives and dont hire Talents from elsewhere.
