gage auto is the best dealership i ever been too. i had a lot of bad experiences with other dealerships but not with gage auto. i own a lifted 2014 chevy silverado for almost 3 years now and it still runs strong with no issues. i will go back to them when i need another vehicle.

the proof. They also didn't disclose some issues with the car until I brought them up. Overall, not a good experience.

I got the Nissan frontier 2013 on December 7 and that night I heard some probs so I went back on December 22 and 23 to let them know that I want it another trade because I thought there were some probs with it they said there was nothing wrong with the truck that they were not gonna trade me for another truck that I needed proof to show them so I took The Nissan frontier 2013 to a mechanic and on December 29 I took the proof to them that there was a couple of things wrong with the truck and I told them I paid a lot of money for a good truck and they agreed with that so I gave them the chance to fix the truck and they kept it there for a couple of days and then they return it to me and I still heard the same probs and on that same day I texted them a message letting them know that the truck still had the same probs and I wanna know what we can do about it if we can resolve this or give me a solution and they never texted me back or message me back.

Me and my man got cars from Gage auto two days apart. The day after I got my ride, I started seeing lots of damage inside. The seats were falling apart, the front passenger seat storage was screwed shut, and there was water damage on the inside roof by the back hatch. Plus, there were three open recalls on my car that they didn't fix before selling it to me. I had to shell out a ton of cash for repairs because the tires were worn out, Bluetooth was busted, front struts were worn out, the engine cooling fan shorted, and the engine overheated. I tried to refinance and trade in my car a bunch of times, but I'm stuck because I owe more than it's worth. My interest rate is sky-high, and they sold it to me for more than it's worth. My man's car wasn't in good shape when he got it. The trunk wouldn't open, and they said they'd fix it, but they never did. The armrest on the passenger side kept coming off the door, and they sold it for more than it's worth too. We were able to trade it in for something new, but they promised us $100 for referring people, and we never got it, even though we referred each other.

I bought a car from Gage Auto on June 24th. It was a 2017 *** Mirage G4 with a 4 door manual transmission. The license plates and tags were good until June . But I never got the renewal in the mail, so I contacted the DMV. They told me I had to go in person to renew it since it wasn't mailed to me. So, I went in today, June 16, 2022, to do that. When I started the process, I found out that the plates on my car weren't attached to my vehicle at all. They said they see this a lot from dealers who just throw plates on to get them off the lot. I was shocked. If I had been pulled over for any reason, nothing would have matched in the system, and I would have been prosecuted until I could prove otherwise. Because of their dishonesty, I had to buy new plates on top of new registration and tags. I'm on a fixed income, so anything I have to pay hurts, and paying extra for someone's dishonesty hurts more. I didn't feel like I was dealing with any of that at the time of purchase, so I'm disappointed to find out now. I hope the owners will reach out to their employees and me to set things straight. This is unacceptable at any business level and consumer level.
