both supers, Ray and Eric. Ray left on military leave with no communication that he would be gone. Eric took over and refused to compete anything that needed work and stated that he would make no effort to complete issues. Head super ended up coming down, Anthony. Anthony gives good lip service but fails to answer emails or phone calls in a timely manner. The stucco repair has been scheduled 3x with no shows and the entire outside of the house needs to be painted and can't be completed until this done. It looks absolutely terrible. All outside door jams are messed up. Scheduled, again no show. Tile has a clear spill all over it that won't come off. Scheduled, again no show. I have held up my end of the bargain and have been available. It's only fair you hold up your end of the bargain. This is affecting my work, health and livelihood. There is a list of many other issues and the turn around is not acceptable. Trim and doors in the house all look crappy. I will be pursing legal action soon if these issues are not resolved. The cabinets are also dinged, scratched, peeling and water damaged any many areas. It's extremely disappointing to be in a new home that looks like it's been lived in! I think anyone would feel this way when purchasing a brand new build. If you'd like to make a happy customer please contact me!

Desired outcome: I’d like complete repairs that would make this home be up to standard and not look like it’s been lived in. I’d like for all issues resolved from third party inspection reports.
