I got charged twice on my credit card without permission. I paid once and they kept my card details and charged me again. I tried to reach out to them twice but no response yet.

Central Kentucky Hauling just up and decided not to pick up my trash on August 4th (XXXX) because it was sticking out 8 inches above the bin. They didn't even bother to tell me where this rule came from and wouldn't even call me back. It's not like they haven't picked up my trash before when there were branches sticking out 3-4 feet above the bin. I've been a loyal customer and this is how they treat me? Leaving my trash in my front yard? Not cool.

I called Central Kentucky Hauling, LLC on September 28 for garbage service at my house. They told me I had to pay a bill of $68.00 from a previous service I had with them. This company requires payment before they provide service. I didn't call until they billed me again. They didn't stop the service until I called. They said they picked up garbage for the period they billed me. It is prepaid. I had been removing my trash myself. They want proof of other service. I didn't keep a record. This is a prepaid service, so I can't owe them. I want this debt removed from their books.

Central Kentucky Hauling, LLC is a total joke. They never empty the dumpster and always blame it on a vehicle blocking it, even when there's no vehicle around. This has happened multiple times, and it's getting really old. Sometimes it's a valid excuse, but not every time. The guy who answers the phone is a real jerk and talks to you like you're an idiot. He won't even call you back unless you talk to his boss first. And when he finally does address the issue, he says it will cost you extra for another pickup. I'm a retired military guy and a business owner during a pandemic, and this is not how you treat people.

CKY Hauling messed up my trash can and won't fix it. They've been doing it for a year now. In January , they broke the lid in half saying my 6ft 15lb Christmas tree was over 200lb. Later, they broke the side, and a few weeks ago, they broke the wheel so it doesn't work anymore. I called them 3 times. The first time, they said someone would come in 2 weeks to fix it. I called again after 2 weeks because nothing happened, and they said someone already came to fix it. I told them no one came. I waited another week and called today (3/4), and they said they won't fix or replace my trash can that they broke. This company is nothing but trouble, and I'll attach a picture of the damage.

I stopped using these guys because I moved and they couldn't help me out at my new place. They bill every three months and they owe me $33.20. They said they don't have to give me my money back because of some contract, but I never signed anything. The lady told me it was on the back of the bill, which is messed up, especially with COVID-19 happening. They should either give refunds or bill every month. Also, the lady should have told me when we talked for three days in November that I couldn't get my money back even though they couldn't help me out. She never said that. At first, she said I could move my service, but then she called me back the next day and said they couldn't pick up at my place and I had to find a spot on a different road. I told her I couldn't do that.

I paid my bill and they didn't pick up my garbage. I paid my garbage bill and they still didn't pick up my trash (2/20). This ain't the first time this has happened, and when you call customer service it's one excuse after another without no fix. This has happened multiple times in jessamine county to multiple people. When I called customer service they said we didn't put our hurby out early enough. My husband had our hurby on the street by 6:30AM. The customer service said the truck runs extremely early which is a lie. They never come before 7AM and even 7AM is pushing it considering I see them most mornings between 7:45 and 8AM. All you gotta do is read the reviews on google, this is happening all the time. If I'm gonna pay for a service I expect to get that service considering they only pick up garbage once a week. I seen them drop garbage that don't make it into the truck and they leave it on the street. I feel like they should be looked into to see what's going on with their business and the service they provide to people.

My garbage ain't been picked up in 3 weeks now. They said I gotta pay for some old address that ain't even mine. It's in my father-in-law's name but they said I gotta pay or they won't pick up my trash at my current place. The lady on the phone was rude as hell and said I was lying when I didn't know the house number but I gave her the street name. They won't even let me put someone else's trash in my can just one time. This ain't the first time we had problems with them either. They used to park their trucks in our lot and we told them not to because it's too heavy for the concrete. Ever since then, they been giving us a hard time about everything. I had to pay $58 for someone else's bill and I want that money back or I'm gonna do something about it.

On 6/14/22, our 2 trash bins were not emptied by Central Kentucky Hauling, LLC. We were told to have them by the road the night before, which we did, but they were still not emptied. I couldn't contact them until after they closed on Tuesday, so I had to wait until Wednesday morning, 6/15/22, to call them. They said they would call me back that day about having someone come out to empty them. I had to call them again early Friday morning, 6/17/22, and spoke with the customer service manager. She said it was not a problem and to put them back out to be picked up that same day. However, I live on a main street where cars go 55 mph and the bins have been knocked over before. I put them back out anyway, but later that day, she called me back and said no one would be able to come by and we would have to wait until next week. I complained and she finally said someone would come empty them, "even if she had to come by and empty them herself". We have 2 bins because we produce a lot of trash throughout the week, and they were overly full by Friday and now have no place to dispose of our trash. They did not empty the bins as I was informed, nor did they call me back to let me know it wouldn't be done. This is not the first time this has happened, and dealing with customer service has never been a happy or easy experience. I'm not the only resident in the city/county who has had this same issue on a regular basis. This is the only company in Nicholasville that picks up our trash, and it's like a monopoly. A couple of months ago, they removed one of our bins and we didn't get it back for a month with no credit or apology on our account. I was told it was because of inflation and it was hard to have a driver be redirected less than 10 miles out of their way to complete the job I pay them to do properly. I hate CKY Hauling and wish we had other options for trash pickup. They blatantly lie to their customers!

CKY Hauling don't always pick up my trash (and it seems like everyone else's too) which is frustrating. I always pay my bills, but they still refuse to take my trash sometimes. I checked out the google reviews and they're just as bad as my experience. When I first moved in, they said they'd deliver my trash can in a week, but it took two weeks and they didn't pick up my trash. I always put my trash out before they come, but they said I didn't. The customer service lady didn't believe me and hung up when I tried to call back. They've skipped me multiple times since then and leave notes with ridiculous reasons like a 15-pound Christmas tree being 200 pounds. Last week they didn't pick up my trash because of a curtain rod sticking out. My dad called for me, but they lied and said I only wanted them to speak to me. They haven't contacted me yet. I also had an issue with one of their trucks in Lexington that damaged my windshield. Check the google reviews before using this company.
