Celebration Title Group

Celebration Title Group held my money for 6 days before depositing it, which was longer than the contract allowed. This made my mortgage process slower. I tried to get answers for 3 days, but the employees didn't help me. Sometimes, I couldn't even reach them. I emailed the owner, but they didn't reply. When you're closing, the title company shouldn't make things harder. I changed to a new company and everything was fine. The Florida Bureau of Investigation, Division of Insurance Agent & Agency Services said that Florida Statutes Section 626.8473(3) says that funds must be put in a bank right away. Celebration Title didn't do this and almost made me lose my closing.

I bought 5 acres of land from Celebration Title Group on June 15th. Stephanie C C was my agent. I paid $2,000 for the down payment and $97,895.20 to close the deal. But then I was told not to build anything on the land because of a problem. Stephanie told me to contact title for more info. I emailed Shannon S on July 8th and she said the Feds were investigating. I emailed Celebration Title on August 3rd and haven't heard back. I want to know if I own the land or if I can get my money back. Please help. Thanks.
