I appriciate all of his hard work in keeping all of the subs busy at work on our basement. All of the workers have been excellent at doing their job. He uses truly talented framers, plumbers, electricians, and carpenters. They have done a beautiful job. The carpet is of high quality and looks perfect. He helped me with my choices and it has all come together beautifully .A great job was done by the Madura Company.

I used Rich from Madura Development 3 times. He did my basement, my office, and fixed it when someone crashed into it. Rich is great and always on time. He goes above and beyond. After the crash, he stayed late to fix it because I needed my doors open fast. Madura Development is my top choice for construction and remodeling.

Rich with Madura Development is the best! He met with us and had his quote ready for us to review. We had just bought a new home that needed a few upgrades consisting of installing wood flooring, replacing sinks, toilets, and a tub and deck work. The tub was a challenge but *** came up with a way to make it work and it turned out beautifully. The best quality that Rich has is integrity, a quality that is priceless. He is very caring and gets a "job well done" from me.

Rich was a life saver. We hired a contractor to install a coffered ceiling in our family room. It took 4 moths and about 3 weeks before Christmas he said he was done. The ceiling was crooked, had seams, and looked horrible. We were frustrated. A friend put me in touch with Rich. Rich had a quote immediately and completed the job in about a week. My wife was so pleased. There were frequent project walk throughs and great communication. It was a very professional job and all around great experience.

This company gave our house a fresh and thrilling vibe by completely renovating our basement. They collaborated with us, offering detailed sketches, and transformed our basement into a fantastic experience. It now features a complete Malt shop, just like the ones I remember from my childhood, a game room with both classic and modern games, a top-notch theater, a workout room, a bedroom, an incredible bathroom, and storage space. Our friends and family are astonished by the superb design and construction, and we were satisfied with the affordability. They are truly an excellent company to work with, and I strongly suggest them.

We had Rich complete a whole basement for us. He came up with a great design and started right away. The job took a little longer than expected but that was because of the holidays and people were taking time off. Which was understandable. He did a great job and completed any repairs right away. He didn't sign off on the job until we were completely happy with it. When we originally started looking for GC's for our basement it took up to a week for other GC's to call us back. Rich called back in 10 minutes. He had great communication throughout the process and we couldn't be happier with our basement. I would use him again.

I had a grate experience with Rich and Madura Development. Rich was a referral from a good friend that had a basement finished. My wife and I had recently got married and decided to stay in the same house, but with 4 kids we needed to make some changes. From the very beginning of the process, Rich listened to our wants and needs Rich came and walked the house with us and made suggestions that were in line with what we were looking for. We ended up doing a full renovation on the home. We added 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, a new kitchen, painted the whole home, and new floors throughout. The subs that Rich hired were all first class and did great work. Rich was on top of each of them and checked throughout the whole process. All of the contractors said that they really liked working with Rich. I was very forward with Rich and let him know I like clear and consistent communication. Rich returned calls timely and followed up on what he said he would. The final product was better than what we ever could have expected.
