I gotta say, I ain't too happy with this company's move out process. When I first moved in, there were pet pee stains all over the dining room carpet. And guess what? They left it that way when I moved out! I even had it cleaned twice by a pro, but they still charged me for a cleaning and overcharged me at that. And get this - they didn't even get it done within the 30 days they're supposed to. I had to ask for an evaluation from the carpet company just to get a refund. And to top it off, they cleaned the carpet after the new tenant moved in! I left on February 28th, and they didn't clean it until April 19th. That ain't right, y'all. I bet they've done this to plenty of other tenants too. Not cool.
