So, I bought a couple of shoes from ceasaroshop.myshopify.com on December 6th, 2021. Unfortunately, I received a notification that one of the pairs I ordered was no longer available. They gave me the option to either exchange it or get a refund. I decided to go with the refund, but it's been a while and I still haven't received it in my account. I even sent them an email to remind them, but nothing yet. Honestly, the service could be better.
