Catherines review: White sweater

I made an order on line for a white sweater for 29.99 was charged over 45.00. Nothing on line about 11.98 for shipping. The material is subpar - does not look like the sweater on line. Now I want to return and it will cost me 10.98 to return subpar sweater. I called customer service to start the return and asked to speak with a supervisor. The CSR said a supervisor will call me back in an hour or two. This is crazy. I'm paying $23.00 in shipping fees for a 29.99 sweater. I feel I have been taken advantage of and this company owes me at least 11.98 for shipping that was not on their website when ordering. I would never pay that amount for shipping and the return shipping is ridiculous. First and last time I will ever order from Catherines.
