Castle Dental review: Rip off

I had dentures made by Castle dental and they are the most uncomfortable thing on my body . The bottom denture was nothing but pain the first day . They say I have to get use to it . I tried for a two weeks and the pain kept getting worse. I went in and the adjusted it and charge me about $200 for that adjustment that was supposed to be free since it was there fault . I wore it for two days ad had to take it back off because of pain again and I could get use to the pain . It also had a slight pain on the top denture also that was bearable but not more than three hours at a time . I only can wear the top for a little while when I go in public . In total I wear the top about for three hours every four to five days before it start to hurt . I could never eat with them and I noticed the the bottom denture is not slimed and it can be notice by just looking at it . It cost in total almost 11,000 dollars and I paid out of pocket almost 4000 dollars maybe more . I had two insurance for dental but there was a a bill for a thousand that the insurance wanted a reason why that had to be done cause it wasn’t necessary. They had 30 days to respond but didn’t and the insurance refused to pay without an explanation so they put that bill on me . I wanted an explanation also for a thousand dollars I need to know why I am being bill for that procedure . They gave that bill to a collection agency and now I have a negative mark on my credit report . I do not owe that bill cause there was no explanation why it was done to my insurance or I . They know that procedure wasn’t necessary or it wasn’t done . My credit is ruin cause then I have no money to fight it in court than to mess with an insurance claim that has lawyers that will fight it .
