Cars R Us Limited

I talked to a guy from Cars R Us Limited (***@carsrus.ns.ca) to buy a used 2019 *** Stinger car. We agreed on everything, even shipping it to St Catharines Ontario. The salesman's boss approved all the steps we took. He asked me for a $1,000 deposit, so I gave him my credit card info. The next day, I asked for the final payment details and how to transfer the money. The salesman emailed me and asked if he could use my credit card for the down payment. I said yes. The next day, the salesman told me the owner wanted to sell the car locally and wouldn't honor our agreement (we talked, texted, and emailed). I think we had a deal, but the car lot broke it. Yesterday morning, the owner of our dealership had someone local looking at the car, and he preferred to sell it here instead of shipping it. He marked the car as sold. I don't like it, but I have to follow orders. He wanted that specific car, so he went with that. I did everything I could, and I wanted to send you the car and make you happy, but it wasn't up to me.
