I sent an email to Hobson Chevrolet but they never replied. My folks still haven't gotten any signed paperwork. When I called and talked to ***, he just kept saying it's in their paperwork and it's not their problem. They bought a used car and were told it was mechanically sound, but it needs work. *** said they only do a start and stop check, which they didn't tell my parents. I think both sides are to blame. My folks for trusting a dealership and the dealership for lying. I hoped we could work something out when I called, like a discount on parts or help with labor. This place is a scam.
