I raised a complaint immediately after purchasing the Lenovo tab dtd 3.5.19 that 500 points not added to my card. They said it happens some time and we have lot of complaints like this and registered mine as well. I have been following up for resolution since then and today I got reply that same has been rejected as card was not swiped ??😳
They should have taken it up at same time if it's card related issue . This is totally unfair with a customer. Pls resolve the issue on priority since it is delayed by more than 2 months.
