Carolina Home Remodeling review: Scheduling sucks

Was scheduled for Sept 21 and 22 was told between 8 and 10.'When 10 o'clock arrived and had not heard from contractor I called Ally to check on status. She said "Oh you have the wrong month you're scheduled for Oct 23." I told her that was not right because I have surgery scheduled for Oct 22.so I know I would not have scheduled it for that date.. So we had thrown away all the soap dished and the old shower curtains in preparation of new shower. So we had to reschedule for next weekend which messed up our plans for that weekend.
