We live out of state and chose to work with St. Charles Monuments based on their ratings and subsequent conversations to handle a challenging inscription. They provided professional and compassionate service, leading us through the process step by step, and even provided a photo of their completed work! We highly recommend St. Charles Monuments.

I orderd a headstone in March just befor COVID 19. My headstone was complet the first week of June. I wanted to say thank you to everyone at St. Charles monuments specifically Marcus for the wonderful job they did. Thank you so much for keeping me up to date with everything that was transpiring. In the future maybe St Charles Monuments could look into text notifications.

My family has used St. Charles Monuments since the early 1950s. We are always treated with the utmost care at those difficult times when we've lost a loved one. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Employees are very professional and knowledgeable, while also taking the time with us that we need in choosing a headstone. I would recommend St. Charles Monuments time and time again.

This was the worst experience of my life. We went to Saint Charles to look for a bronze marker for a family member. The sign on the door said to call for assistance. We did see a gentleman inside looking at us, but he did not come to the door. I called the phone number and asked if they had bronze markers. He said no and hung up the phone. As I walked away from the store, I said he is a jerk. The man then came outside and said, "What did you just say?" I said, "What?" He repeated, "What did you just say?" I said, "I called you a jerk. You hung up the phone on me." He then told us to get out of there and said he was busy. I told him if he was so busy, why would he come outside to ask me what I said and not attend to customers. The back-and-forth went on for a few moments. He then got in my face, and I had to tell him to back away. I was with my mother-in-law and aunts, looking for a marker for a family member we just lost to Covid, and this man came outside cursing and getting in women's faces, saying we were pieces of *** and to get off the property. I told him if he got any closer to me, I would call the police. He said, "Go ahead," and continued to call us expletives. I asked him why he didn't go back into his shop if he was so busy. He said he doesn't have to go back into the shop; he's looking for a good fight and that my cousin and him could go toe to toe. As others have written in reviews about this establishment, I can vouch that the man is truly crazy and should seek professional help. The fact that he threatened my cousin and got into my face like he was going to hit me is out of control. I would not recommend anyone visit this store; you may be assaulted.
