Carolina Carports review: Faulty parts and installation

I ordered a building from Viking structures not knowing Carolina carports ownes them, until deposit was already sent. Carolina then contacted me telling me they would be installing my building. A year later they installed building, I had no idea that the 12 foot by 14 foot roll up door would come with PLASTIC DRIVE GEAR AND ASSOCIATED PARTS, the door was not installed correctly the door came unsprong falling to the ground which in turn stripped all the plastic parts. The door just missed hitting my wife. I called Carolina the next day told them what happened. 74 days later after call after call to them and lies after lies from there dispatcher they finally came said they fixed the door. Sorry but they left door crooked with 1 inch gap at bottom no chain guard never replaced door just said that's all they are doing ? They are a very dishonest company and I recommend never even thinking of using them again and warning everyone i can !
