grate experiance, highly recommend they work really hard to get it rite. they did a good job with my heating and air conditioning. plumber was also good. i will use them again.

I got an air conditioning unit from Carini Heating and Air on 04.14.2016. The salesperson offered me a Fujitsu unit that was cheaper than the *** unit. They said it was the same thing, only cheaper. I got a warranty certificate for 10 years. On 02.04.2022, I called for warranty service, but the customer service person said they don't sell or service that unit anymore. They said any other manufacturer would honor the warranty, but they wouldn't help me find the manufacturer. We paid $11,346 for the unit, and we've only had 2 warranty services. Now Carini won't honor the warranty because they think it's a bad unit. They offered to sell me a *** unit, but I said no. I want a refund for the amount we paid since they won't honor the warranty. The warranty is valid until 03.14.2026. If they won't give me a refund, they should at least make sure the warranty is honored. Otherwise, we'll have to pay for servicing out of our own pockets. The warranty covers parts for 5 years, compressor for 7 years, and air conditioning unit for no cost servicing. Please help me as soon as possible.

Carini Heating Air and Plumbing is a great company that did an amazing job putting in a Mini Ductless Heating/AC system in my condo. John and Anthony did a great job planning and overseeing the project. Joe and Haik did a fantastic job with installing the system, even though they had to face many challenges to finish the job early. Brett did the Electrical and Tim built the attic access, and they were all polite, professional, and quick. Thanks!

This company is terrible. We bought 3 AC units for almost 50k and they were supposed to be top quality, but they had problems within 6 months. They promised they would last for years, but they didn't. The worst part is that they are really rude and have no customer service. We had to call them 3 times before they sent a technician. They are expensive and not worth it. They are lazy and just want your money. Don't bother with them.

I got a mini split Fujitsu system from Carini. One of the systems lost its freon charge right after they put it in. They came out to check it, but couldn't find the leak. They tightened the flare nuts and recharged the system. It didn't hold the charge for long. They kept coming out to fix the leak, but couldn't find the problem. They replaced the evaporator after 15 service calls. On the 17th call, they replaced the condenser and lineset. The other system they installed also leaked. They added dye, but it leaked out after a year. They couldn't find the leak, so they added more dye. Now they say it's out of warranty and won't fix it. They never fixed the leak, just added freon and dye.

I don't usually write reviews, but Carini did great work from start to finish. I replaced an old wall heater with a 4 zone split system. When Carlos arrived, he was on time, professional, and easy to talk to. He explained the system well and was open to hearing my suggestions to save money. The crew arrived on time and ready to work. Haik and Reuben worked hard to make sure things were done right. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. They had a "can do attitude" and addressed any concerns I had. Tim did my drywall and matched my textured wall beautifully. The elect guys added more power to my system without any hiccups. Carini handles all the proper documents needed with ease. The system has been up and running for about two weeks without any issues. I would definitely recommend them if you want things done right. Thanks, Carini HVAC!
