My 80 year old grandmother called this company and had them come out to look at her drain that was not working properly. The technician, Ben, didn't look at anything, didn't test the drain, didn't even LOOK at the drain, told her that the repair would be $800, and charged her $49 just to talk to her (a service he could have provided over the phone). This company obviously takes advantage of the elderly and should be avoided.

I had an appt. for a leaky shower, day of they don't show, when I call them I'm told they had to cancel my appt. to work on bigger projects (burst water pipes). I would not have known that if "I" hadn't called them when they failed to show up for my confirmed appt. Completely unprofessional and focused more on money that being honest and having integrity. Greedy is the way I see it, went for the money instead of being ethical.

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and quick response. I spoke to a representiative of the Company on Saturday, received a call from the company on Sunday, the Comfort Consultant came out on Monday, and the installation team was here on Tuesday. They were quick, very thorough, answered all my questions, and very efficient. I am very happy with the furnace and the work performed by the company. I would recommend them to others.

Jeff arrive and listened carefully to history of problem of prior tech's work and necessary changes and repairs that were missed with prior tech. Jeff proceeded to crawl under the home to repair the heat vent open gaps and cut all strapping and reset the venting and properly screwed the vent piping together, taped the gaps to mitigate heat loss and secured the vents with proper strapping and in a timely efficient manner. He took pictures to share that the work was completed professionally. We are glad we hired Wolfer's for our furnace install and continual annual service agreements.

Wolfers staff came a day earlier than scheduled which surprised me. But no problem. They replaced the outdoor air conditioner unit which was originally installed in the 1970s and should be in a museum. There were 3 people on the install during the day and all were courteous and respectful. I believe one was a trainee learning. The install went fine and the changes to the furnace for including a new cooling coil was done well. All in all it was a good install. My after thought was there could have been some consultation on the status of the thermostat and ducting which would have been a real plus.

We replaced and upgraded our 23+ year old furnace, to include central air conditioning and duct work cleaning, on 2/26. The Wolfer's crew (Chris M., Justin M., Angel F. and Jacob Z. - didn't catch the Electrician's name; sorry! ) were all very professional, courteous and respectful of our personal property. Our home is an older home so the tear out of the old furnace and the installation of the new one was a fairly big task. They were right on time, early actually, on the scheduled day they were to arrive and got busy right away. This is my second time hiring Wolfer's as they installed the old furnace that they were replacing. Big job...arrived on time, very professional and courteous, completed in a single day and excellent clean up afterwards. It's very obvious that the crew takes extreme pride in their work. I highly recommend Wolfer's and will use them again if/when I need work done in the future!

Wolfers is the local heating and cooling company where I live and shopping locally when feasible is always my preference. They have assisted me in keeping two aging heat pumps in service long past their expected lifespan. Alas one of the units passed the point of usefulness and Sam worked with me to uncouple where the two systems outputs were plumbed together, add an air return so as not to require floor/wall/ceiling repair after. And actually use a 2 ton unit instead of the 3 ton the home had when I moved in. They worked around my structural limitations, isolated the two systems which has drastically improved the temperature control in the section of the home serviced by this new unit as well as improving the operation of the remaining old unit which had had a compressor replace eight or so years back. The service personnel are top notch and you can request a specific person if you have one that knows specifics of your system that need be minded. Unquestionably I will be having them replace this other unit when it reaches the point of needing to go.

I had my A/C unit, furnace and coil replaced in one day. Ryan (sales) was my initial contact. While no one likes to spend thousands for this stuff, Ryan and the installation crew were a pleasure to work with. A few days after Ryan's estimate the installation crew arrived on schedule: Levi (furnace install), Jose S. (A/C), and Jacob (duct cleaning). Each of these men were polite and friendly. They took time to answer questions I had during the install. I'm glad I stuck around to observe things as I asked for an upgrade to the furnace filter after the install was already underway. Spencer (installation coordinator for all installs) happened to be on site at the time. The filter upgrade required a larger intake unit to accommodate the Merv 16 filter. Spencer made a special trip to retrieve the unit while Levi prepared for the upgrade. They accommodated the change order without a hitch. The filter upgrade has been great - much better air filtration. I got more than 27 years life on my original furnace & A/C system. Hope the Lennox system does as well. Levi, Jose, and Jacob knew their work and were all professionals. They represented Wolfer's well. Thank you for making the experience a very positive one for my wife and me.
