CarFirst I got a car from CarFirst and it had some problems

I got a car from CarFirst and it had some problems. They took it back and gave me $5000 for it, but I had to give them $5000 too. Then they sold me another car and now I have a new loan with $3000 more than before. They said they would pay off the old loan, but they haven't yet. Now I have to pay for two cars and it's hard to do. The loan company is telling the credit people about it too. I don't know how they check the cars before they sell them. The second car needed a lot of work. Sometimes it won't start, the lights and radio don't always work, and there's a light on the dashboard. They said they fixed it, but it still has problems sometimes. I have papers that show what happened and that they said they would pay off the old loan.

CarFirst I buyed a 2013 Jeep Patriot from this dealership in May 2022

I buyed a 2013 Jeep Patriot from this dealership in May 2022. Right away, lots of problems came up that made the car unsafe or not work at all. The dealership said they would fix the broken stuff, and they had the car for a few weeks over the last few months to do some repairs. But then more problems kept happening, so I tried to talk to the dealership again to get it fixed. But they won't talk to me at all now. I've only driven the car a few times since I got it. I'm still paying for it and paying for insurance, but it just sits in my driveway. A mechanic said the car has lots of serious problems that the dealership didn't tell me about, and it's like a "lemon" car. The dealership won't take the car back or give me my money back, and they said they would fix it, but now they won't even do that. I don't know what to do. I have papers from when I bought the car, papers from the mechanic, receipts from when I had to tow the car, receipts from when I had to take other transportation because the car didn't work, and text messages from the dealership. Please help me.

CarFirst I paid $16,490 in cash for a 2014 Infinity Q50 from CarFirst LLC

I paid $16,490 in cash for a 2014 Infinity Q50 from CarFirst LLC. The dealer said he would fix the car's body and paint before I bought it, but he didn't communicate properly and didn't do the repairs on time. After some bad texting, they brought me a dirty Nissan Sentra that was too nasty to drive. They took the car back and returned it to me with worse paint than before. I told the dealer about the problem, but he said the estimate I got from a body shop was too much. He promised to fix the car or let me return it within 30 days, but he didn't keep his word. I went to the dealer to talk to him, but he said he couldn't fix the car at a professional shop. I asked for my money back, but he refused and we had a nasty argument. Amir, the sales rep, is a liar and a disgrace. He failed to communicate properly and did a poor job on the repairs. CarFirst LLC is a stain on the Aberdeen community and Amir should lose his license.
