They said free ringtone then charge me 9.99 a month .I sent them a txt and said no and they said message not reconitzed.

what gives them the right to just all of a sudden start sending text messages telling me i am subscribed for ringtones that i did'nt even order. also takeing money off my account, like twenty dollars worth for nothing! no ringtones or nothing! thats redicules..

i got a lawyer and a law suit going

I was charged 9.99 for subscription for which i got no downloads and i cancelled in a matter of 12 seconds i lost 9.99 and i would like my money reimburst to my account

i did not authorized this at all so please so send anythingelse.

i do not want to be charge 19.99 for just putting my phone number in!

I have never subscribed to receiving ring tones, they just started coming in my text messaging one day; and I have no idea how I got involved with this subscription. A message of 717-69 appears in my incoming text messaging. I called SPRINT cell phone services and I was informed I am being charged for ring tones being sent by the vendor Ringtone Times, however as I stated, I've never subscribed. I should not be charged, as these messages have been coming in since January 2008; I WOULD APPRECIATE BEING UNSUBSCRIBED AND BEING REFUNDED FOR ALL UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES THAT HAVE BEEN BILLED OT MY ACCOUNT. I do not want this service, All I did was click on the DMB ringtone. I was not aware that there would be a charge on my phone, so please cancel any and all services on my phone.

Please take this service off of my bill. I do not want this service. I cancelled this service a month ago and it is still showing up on my bill. You need to take this off. I will contact the better buisness bureau if it is not taken off. I got an email from yall saying that the service was cancelled, but it is still showing up on my bill. When i try to contact yall by phone, i am told that my command is not recognized. Now what kind of crap is that!
That means that i have no service but i am still paying for it.
Now take it off my bill.

They advertize FREE ringtones and than charge (.99 a month. They text message you to say they are renewing it but my text message to cancel it is unrecognizable You get an email address or a web site but it fails to down load. Time to contact the better business bureau about this screwed up rip off company. I have had it.

I was charged 19.99 for a FREE ringtone and signed up for some club that I don't even know what it is. I send a text and said to cancel.They said it was cancelled, I asked for my money back, their answer, Sorry ur command is not recognized. They took my money, I didn't get my FREE ringtone. They should be sued, everyone should get their money back. I don't understand how they can get by with this.

I downloaded for the free trial and I received a
text message this morning telling me of a monthly
