This company is praying on people at a very bad time in there lifes..
along with virginmobile usa . Who took and now all I can get is a run
around with these people ...just refund our money

I didn't order this I was just looking up ringtones and I thought that what I was doing not buying anything then they charged me please take it off and not charge me

i though this was free it sounds like they want to charge me this is wrong i dont want this.

Reply back the letters DH, imediatly you will receive a messg saying that your suscription was cancelled.

I just realized that i got something that i am giong to get charged for montly when it said for free. How do i unsubscribe from it and how quick? I don't want to get charged for it monthly.

I h ave been trying to get rid of this for months. have been paying for it and have never gotten the eEtta james ringtone i ordered

I thought I was going to get free ringtones but it said it will be billed to my account. I ;m not authorizing this!

this was a supposed free service and after you say OK to a free service your told you will be charged $19.95. I do not want this service.

I have recv'd at least 7 msgs in the last 3 minutes, after clicking on free download. When i saw that it was not free, i backed out. And still have all these god awefull msg coming to my phone. I do not want to be charged for this crap! I have replied that i do not want these, and it says that my "command is not recognized". Heaven forbid if this goes on my bill!

care@ringtimes.com was advertised to be free. all i did was put my cell number in and automatilly they chaged me 9.99 a month. when i tried to cancell they took a nother 9.99 out of my account. i want my 19.99 put back on my cell number.

I received a my space message from a close friend and it said i made a ring tone just for you enter your number and you'll get it. well i did thinking it was safe, then i got text saying that i am part of this club and owe so much a month. Its says that to cancel got the care@ringtonetimes.com but there is nothing there! Beware!

Unfortunately, I used the free information to obtain a phone number. Once I received the number requested, I received a message for a free ringtone of which I DID NOT agree to. A few seconds later I received a text message that I was subscribed to these services and would be billed 9.99 per month. I immediately replied with a request to cancel the unauthorized services and I received a message 4Help go to care@ringtonetimes.com along with Sorry ur command is not recognized. Does anyone have more info that may be of help for stopping the subscrition as well as the billing? If those parties responsible for this nonsense are attentive to this site, please stop this ridiculous game and prevent further legal actions being brought up against you.

I received an E-mail stating they were going to charge my account $9.99 a month. I never signed up for this service to begin with. I discovered the complaint board and realized I was among several people in the same boat. Now, what I would like to know is how do you get it stopped?

I ask for a free download ringtones. a few days later I started receiving jokes on my cell phone. a text message came that said lsw subscription renewed @5.99 /weekly or 19.96 a month. I texted back and I don't want to renew. They sent back a text that said sorry ur command is not recognized. What a scam!

I texted stop all and recived a message that my service was cancelled. After reading all the other complaints i hope that it was indeed cancelled.

I went directly to SPRINT they were able to Unsubscribe simply by replying to they're text message with...(STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE)
Seconds later I had a reply that I was Unsubscribed. I hope this helps all who have fell for this con.

i asked for a credit to my account because i could not download my free ringtones . Therefore i text them back for a credit to my account they told me by text that sorry, ur command is not recognized. So please credit the money back please.

I want all these ringtones deleted off my phone now.

I subcribed to the services only to rec. lame remarks. No ringtones were ever downloaded and my phone service was compatiable, but no ringtones. I am being charged!

How can I stop this subscription? I do not understand! I didn't even subscribe for ring tones that cost any money. Is this a joke or Im I really getting billed? What ever it is it is HORRIBLE!

I went online to purchase some ring tones from another source and this company started sending me jokes that I do not think is funny and I don't want. I called the company to cx and they are still sending me jokes after they said it would be removed in one business day. Help!

Everyone is so RIGHT! I just got off the phone w/a no help, money scam for pushing the wrong button. Little lone they would not listen to my end of the story.
