Schedule 2 weeks prior to October 19, 2026 @ 1:00pm. Receptionist Ms. Amanda stated that my appointment was given to another patient. When she asked for my info, it was not correct asked to speak to the manager Ms. Tab, she said that if you do not call 3 days before your appointment is cancelled. I called CareFirst the same day. I was told to file a complaint claim and it was not right
