Cardi's Furnituredarlene in customer service cancel my delivery for no reason

Talked to Darlene about my delivery time she asked if i wanted to cancel delivery i said NO send them i will be home.After my delivery time passed with no delivery i called and was told drivers were told i would not be home.Now i am expected to spend 3 hours tomorrow waiting for delivery. We thought this was a great store and we were going to purchase diningroom and bedroom furniture in the next few weeks. thanks to Darlene, Cardis will be losing all of our business in the future.
