I purchased a chair and 2 recliners in mid-November 2020 (South Attleboro, MA location). One of the legs on the chair is shorter than the others. Customer service responded to my first email by asking for pictures of the defect. Why would they need pictures, isn't the customer's word good enough? I took pictures and emailed back 2 days after the initial email. Since then no response to my multiple emails. It is now December 3rd. With all the great community work Cardi's does you would think NiRoPi would care about their customers. That is if they want to keep them.
