I have been trying to replace the cushions on my outdoor furniture for 2 years and have been getting the run around since. I have emailed, gone to the store and have been told that Cardi's will replace the cushions and then never been contacted again. When I call I have to start all over again and still do not have replacement cushions. I had a nice conversation with upper management who told me he would order the cushions in October and I never heard back. When I called the store they said they would "see if they could order the cushions and then give me a bill". I really cannot believe how bad this has been in terms of customer service and I am dissatisfied to say the least.
Desired outcome: Please order the cushions and contact me when they are in.
