I went to Car X in Palatine, Illinois, (Off Dundee & Rand Rds), I went there to get my Exhaust fixed, they charged me $ 300 Dollars for the 1- Part and 150 Dollars for the Labor!, It all fell Apart driving 1 -Week Later! I took it back, they laughed in my face, and said they have to charge me money to fix the parts that fell off. I contacted the BBB in Chicago, Car X ! never REPLIED TO THIS COMPLAINT. SHAME ON CAR X I HATE YOU forever! Shame on me next time if I should ever step foot in your Ripped off Franchise!
