On my initial visit to Car Service City at Springs Gate, I brought the car in for a routine service and also specifically requested that the issue of the car jerking be investigated. I was informed that the jerking was caused by a faulty fuel pump, which needed to be replaced.
After the fuel pump was replaced, the jerking issue persisted. I contacted the branch and was asked to bring the car back, where I was told it was merely a loose connection. However, after this, my car began experiencing gear-shifting problems and abnormally high RPMs when shifting gears, especially when attempting to shift into 5th gear. Now I can’t shift to the 5th gear at all.

I find this level of service unacceptable. As a paying customer, I trusted your mechanics to diagnose the issues accurately and fix them properly. Instead, the situation has only worsened, costing me time, additional money, and causing unnecessary stress
