March 20, 2019 I own a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with 78, 600 miles (out of warranty). Six months ago, several ripples or bubbles appeared on the leather dash. Apparently, this is a common problem for this model with over 60k miles on it. Repair cost is more than $5000 to replace entire dash. FCA will no waive the repair costs or accept responsibility. I requested that they waive the repair cost, they refused.
