My complaint involves my 2015 Cruze involved in accident which was determined to be a totaled. I believe this Dealership owes myself and State Farm Insurance for my 2015 Cruze which was taken for window tinting by myself and my grandson to Rhino Liner which was a few blocks from our house. We also informed the Dealership we would pick it up upon being done. To my surprise, I received a phone call from the Dealership that my car had been hit head-on by an uninsured, no license, on drugs and possibly intoxicated. My car was being driven by the same salesman I purchased this car from, Mr. Kyle Jewell, who I might add did not have my permission to drive said vehicle. I presently have a copy of the original Sales Agreement, a copy of Rhino Liner's invoice to Chevrolet of Columbus, and an accident report that was given to my daughter not myself, and the final settlement of $18543.50 from State Farm Insurance. The original sale of this car was January 19, 2015. The accident occurred on February 6, 2015. The Sales Agreement states I paid $24, 704.96. Which amounts to a difference of $6161.46. Of that total $2794.00 was for two extended warranties I had purchased. I have requested a copy of the 2015 Cruze LTZ which took the place of the 2015 Cruze LT. I do not believe I purchased these two extended warranties because if I had then the Dealership owes me monies that I paid for sevices that should have been covered by the warranties.

I don't presently have an update, however I now have a second complaint with this same Dealership, whom I worked over 21/2 years. My granddaughter's husband, Joshua England, leased a 2017 a 2017 Traverse. The Finance Director was not competent due to both Joshua and myself having to sign three different Agreements before we finally were told by this Director, He had added warranties which meant that Joshua and my granddaughter would absolutely no services that were not covered other than gas. Well, the front windshield cracked clear across the bottom half of the windshield which ultimately I paid $352.00 for. Upon asking this person to go over the extended warranties with me, I was told "I don't have fxxxxing time to discuss them, I terribly busy.
This same Director told my daughter and myself, She would no further expense from turning in Her 2015 Malibu. Well, I not only received one but three different invoice3s from GM Leasing. The first was approximately $1100.00,
the second had interest charged, while the third and final was for $755.89, which my daughter paid and told me to tell the Dealership She would NEVER step a foot in their building again plus more than likely NEVER purchase another GM product. As of today, I was informed I was not to be near this building. And Mr. Shawn Basham was expecting a phone call yet today, however even if He was told rto be expecting a check that Mr. Crowder would have to tell Him what to do with it. As of 12:45 AM, I had not received a phone call. I am prepared to call the Indiana Insurance Commissioner and the State Attorney General to voice a complaint.
the second had interest and became $1160+, the third and final invoice was for $755.89 for turning in car early. The problem occurred because this incompetent Director did not know certain GM Promotions which reimbursed the Dealership for Extensive Wear and Tear, which was removed on the final invoice, however the Dealership was allowed so much for an early return when purchasing another GM vehicle, which She did by leasing a 2018 Equinox.
The final invoice was paid for by my daughter. At the same time I was to tell the Dealership She would never step foot in this place nor more than likely NEVER buy another GM product.
