Toyota Shaw Philippines review: toyota rush 1.5 g at 2019

Good day! I want to complain Toyota shaw and their sales manager Mylene Reglesa for being incompetent to their position. They dont stick to their promises or to what offer they made to their clients. They're leaving you with no choice and no consideration to the client.

Here's what've I experience to your company. I am approve with loan to Toyota rush 1.5 G AT 2019 ₱1, 070, 000 from BPI bank. And paid ₱5, 000 for reservation (thru metrobank) with quotation of 20% downpayment, and has to pay 2, 500 for TPL and ₱3, 000 for rustproofing. Together with free standard tools jack, car tint, and carpet matting, 3years LTO registration, free PMS to 1st 1000-5000kl. This morning, I was informed that I have to pay the amount of ₱9, 500 for LTO registration and buy acessories to get a car. Which is not included to what we agreed on. I am so upset with Toyota's service. What do you think of your clients? Buying car toys? I cant rely on your people.. how can I rely to the products your selling.

Im really disappointed.
